What we collect
- Page views — which pages and pieces are looked at, the website that sent you here (its name only), and whether the screen is phone-, tablet- or computer-sized. We keep no cookies, no IP addresses and nothing that identifies you for this, we use no outside analytics company, and these counts are deleted after 180 days.
- Account details — your name, email address and password (the password is handled by our sign-in provider; we never see it), plus any phone number and address you save.
- Order details — name, email, phone, shipping address, the pieces you order and what you paid.
- Payments — processed by PayPal. We never receive your card number; we keep only the payment reference and its status.
- Messages and newsletter — what you send through our contact form, and your email address if you subscribe.
- Back-in-stock requests — your email address and the piece, if you ask us to tell you when a sold-out piece is back.
- Wishlist — the pieces you save. If you're signed in, they're kept in your account so they appear on your other devices.
- Reviews — your rating and text. Reviews show your first name and last initial publicly.
- Your browser — your shopping bag, wishlist, recently viewed pieces and sign-in session are kept in your browser's local storage. We don't use advertising or tracking cookies.
How we use it
- To process, ship and support your orders.
- To run your account and show your order history.
- To answer your messages.
- To email you once when a piece you asked about is back in stock.
- To send our newsletter, only if you subscribed. Every newsletter email has an unsubscribe link, or ask us any time to stop.
- To prevent fraud and meet legal and tax obligations.
We don't sell your personal information.
Who we share it with
Only the services that run the store, and only what each one needs:
- Supabase — our database and sign-in provider, with servers in the United States.
- Cloudflare — website hosting, and the automatic check on our forms that tells people from spam robots.
- Resend — sends our emails (order updates, account emails and back-in-stock notes).
- Zoho Mail — our mailbox, which receives your emails to us.
- PayPal — payment processing.
- Shipping carriers — your name, address and phone number, to deliver your order.
Because these services operate internationally, your information may be stored and processed outside your country, including in the United States.
How long we keep it
We keep order records for as long as tax and accounting rules require. Account details stay until you ask us to delete your account. Back-in-stock requests are deleted 30 days after we email you, or after a year if the piece doesn't return.
Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct or delete your personal information, or to withdraw your consent. You can update your saved details under My Account at any time; for anything else, email .
Security
Information travels over encrypted connections, and our database rules make sure customers can see only their own orders and details.
Children
Our store is intended for adults and isn't directed at children under 18.
Changes
If we update this policy, we'll change the date at the top of this page.
