- Order details — name, email, phone, shipping address, the pieces you order and what you paid.
- Payments — processed by PayPal. We never receive your card number; we keep only the payment reference and its status.
- Messages and newsletter — what you send through our contact form, and your email address if you subscribe.
- Reviews — your rating and text. Reviews show your first name and last initial publicly.
- Your browser — your shopping bag and sign-in session are kept in your browser's local storage. We don't use advertising or tracking cookies.

Because these services operate internationally, your information may be stored and processed outside your country, including in the United States.
How long we keep it
We keep order records for as long as tax and accounting rules require. Account details stay until you ask us to delete your account.
Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct or delete your personal information, or to withdraw your consent. You can update your saved details under My Account at any time; for anything else, email .
Security
Information travels over encrypted connections, and our database rules make sure customers can see only their own orders and details.
