Where we ship from

Every piece is made in our atelier in India and ships from there, fully insured and with tracking — wherever in the world you are. Our customer care team is in Rochester Hills, Michigan, United States, so questions and returns are handled on US hours.

Shipping costs and times

Complimentary insured shipping on orders over (after any discount).
A flat for smaller orders.
Orders are dispatched within 2 business days of payment. Delivery time depends on your country, and you'll receive tracking as soon as your parcel ships.

Import duties and taxes

International parcels may be charged import duties, taxes or customs fees by your country. These aren't included in our prices and are paid by the recipient on delivery. If a parcel is refused because of these charges, the cost of shipping it back may be deducted from your refund.

Returns

If you change your mind, you can return a piece within 60 days of delivery for a full refund of the item price.

Pieces must be unworn, in their original condition and packaging, with any certificate included.
Please contact us before sending a return so we can give you the return address and instructions.
Return shipping is paid by you. We recommend a tracked, insured service, because the parcel is your responsibility until it reaches us.
Original shipping charges and any import duties or taxes aren't refundable by us.
Custom-made or engraved pieces can't be returned unless they arrive faulty.

Refunds

Once your return arrives and passes inspection, we refund the item price to your original payment method, usually within 10 business days. PayPal or your bank may take a few more days to show it.

Faulty, damaged or wrong items

If a piece arrives damaged or faulty, or isn't what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We'll cover the return shipping and send a replacement or a full refund.

Lifetime Brilliance Guarantee

Moissanite doesn't cloud or lose its fire. If your stone ever does, contact us and we'll replace it. The guarantee covers the stone's brilliance; normal wear to metal or plating, loss and accidental damage aren't covered.
