Our stones are lab-created moissanite, not diamond. We describe and photograph each piece as accurately as we can, but screens, lighting and handcrafting mean small variations are natural.
An order is confirmed once payment is received; an order reserved before payment isn't confirmed until it's paid. We may cancel an order and refund any payment in full if a piece is unavailable, a price was shown in error, or we suspect fraud.

One code per order. Codes have no cash value and may have a minimum order, an expiry date or a limit on uses. A code marked once per customer can be used only once per email address.
Keep your password private and your details accurate. You're responsible for activity on your account.
Only customers who have received a piece can review it, and reviews must reflect your genuine experience. We don't remove reviews for being negative; we may hide reviews that are offensive, include personal information, or aren't about the product.
The photos, text and design on this website belong to and may not be copied without permission.
As far as the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the consumer laws of your country.
